Update on COVID-19 Response
Greetings to all of our clients, friends, and professional colleagues:
Our firm continues to work diligently on behalf of our existing and future clients. The attorneys, paralegals, and employees of Harris, Conway & Donovan continue to work from home through our computer system, which provides confidential and secure access to our files and other important information. Prior to this outbreak, Harris, Conway & Donovan had invested extensively in its IT infrastructure, allowing our attorneys to work securely and confidentially from remote locations, and we have expanded those capabilities to our staff as well.
Please know that we continue to work on your matters. All of our necessary operations are functional; we are able to continue to serve you. Please do not assume that your matter is on hold indefinitely or that you must wait to seek advice on a particular matter. Please contact us with any questions or concerns at 518.436.1661 or email.
Court Proceedings and In-Person Meetings
Due to the restrictions on gatherings, most courthouses are closed and court appearances and trials are postponed. These restrictions also affect our ability to hold meetings in person. We remain available via telephone or Zoom for meetings and consultations that we are happy to arrange via email.
If you are a new client, we would like to hear from you. We are accepting all types of legal matters at this time.
COVID-19 Related Cases
